For quick changes, Quick Edit saves opening each product.

Find the product
Go to Products → All Products. Use the search box, or filter by category or stock status.

Quick Edit
Hover over the product name and click Quick Edit.

Change what you need
- Price and Sale price.
- In stock? or Stock qty, if the shop tracks stock.
Click Update. The change is live straight away.
Several products at once
Tick the products, choose Edit from Bulk actions and click Apply. You can then, for example, increase every selected price by 5%, or mark them all out of stock.
Planned sales
To start and end a sale on set dates, open the product, click Schedule next to the sale price, and pick the dates. The sale price applies only between them.
Running low
If the shop tracks stock, WooCommerce emails you when a product is low and when it runs out, and shows “Out of stock” to customers automatically. The thresholds are under WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory.
