Why it works
- Your site, not a demo. We train on your own website, or a safe copy of it, so everything learned applies straight away.
- Plain English. No jargon, and no question is too basic.
- Something to keep. A written guide and a recording mean the knowledge stays when people move on.
- Fewer small requests. Confident editors fix the small things themselves, so your care plan hours go further.
I first contacted Christian for WordPress training. It was very pleasant to work with him. He used language that I could understand and I learnt a lot without feeling overwhelmed.

I built my own website five years ago with Christian’s assistance, really helpful. Now, when I forget certain technical details, he’s always quick to reply with his professional advice.

For agencies
Handing a new site over to a client? We’ll train their team for you, under your name or ours, and write the guide to their site. It makes for a smoother launch and fewer support calls afterwards.
Questions
Is training in person or online?
Online, live, with screens shared, using Google Meet. It works well for teams spread across sites and means sessions can be booked at short notice.
Our site was built by someone else. Can you still train us?
Yes. We’ll look at the site beforehand so the session covers how yours actually works.
Do we get anything to keep?
Every session is recorded for you. Editor onboarding includes a written guide to your own site, and our help centre covers the common jobs step by step.
How many people can join?
Up to eight for workshops and onboarding, so everyone gets time to try things and ask questions. For bigger groups we’ll run more than one session.
Not sure where to start?
Most new clients start with a WordPress audit: a fixed-price review of your site’s health, security, hosting and editing set-up, with a written report and a call to talk it through. If we go on to work together, the cost counts towards your first three months.
